This is a first hand story. Take it with a grain of salt... We are all different.
My stomach twisted and turned… It was as if two big hands were ringing out my intestines like a wet cloth…
From the inside out.
My heart would beat so fast, I felt like a jackhammer was constantly pounding on my chest…
Day-to-day life was unbearable.
When I sat to read a book… Anxiety.
When I went for a walk… Anxiety.
When I ate food… Anxiety.
To be honest, it had been like this for years…
But the pandemic had just hit and I was at home… Isolated, alone & scared.
So everything was amplified.
I was not given a choice… I had to face myself.
